THE PROBLEM

New to the direct-to-consumer market, not being digitally native and given the pressure to grow their eCommerce business, this fashion brand understood that in order to scale, they needed to acquire new customers and gain traffic to their online store. With this in mind, they decided to partner with THEKRE8TIV Brand Studio. 

THE SOLUTION

Selling fashion items to the European markets, we ran an audit on the brand to assess its current performance and targeting strategies. 

We thoughtfully targeted potential customers in order to create an impact and grow its customer base. We then tested creative variations, messaging and hooks to strike a balance of brand-focused, compelling and engaging ads. 

As we complemented our social campaign with Google paid search, it resulted not only to more product and brand discovery but also a far more efficient of our media spend. 

THE RESULT

Through the use of Facebook and Google, we were able to successfully deliver the following results…

– Increase sales generated from new customers by 715%
– Achieve media efficiencies with 6X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
– Sustain conversion rate at over 2.5% despite reach being expanded

What started as a traditional retail brand is now ready to scale further as a successful eCommerce business. Most importantly, this fashion brand has gained traction and connection with a bigger audience that the management team always proudly exclaims, “We are now being Googled!”
